The Hawk T.1 from British Aerospace Electronic Systems (BAE - formerly Hawker Siddeley) is a trainer and ground attack aircraft that was developed from 1968 for the training of RAF fighter pilots. In order to expand training options, the Hawk was designed not only for air combat but also as a light bomber to support ground troops. Another innovation was the raised rear pilot's seat, which gave the instructor a better view to the front. After the prototype's maiden flight in 1974, it entered service with the RAF in 1976. The T.1 version is the beginning of a long series of further developments up to the Advanced Hawk, a joint project between BAE and Hindustan Aeronautics. Most of the T.1 and T.1A versions were taken out of service in the 2010s. The last users include the 'Red Arrows', who have been using nine red-painted machines for their aerobatic shows since 1980. Model with 389 parts, printed blocks and moving elements. Model dimensions (LxWxH): 24 x 19.5 x 9.5 cm
