Geniuses
"Genies" is a bidding game for two to five people aged ten and over. In six rounds, players secretly bid on five different geniuses each. Only after all players have submitted their bids are the bids compared and the highest bidder wins, provided they still have enough resources.
The geniuses have different levels of competence and are divided into eight different disciplines. In order to achieve as many points as possible in the three evaluations, the academies must have an attractive profile. For the players, it is not just about winning the rankings in as many disciplines as possible, but also about scoring points in those subjects that are currently being particularly promoted, for example through specialization, third-party funding or research funding.
At the same time, players also learn the biographical details and famous quotes of important scientists.
